KOTA KINABALU: Pihak polis telah merakamkan percakapan sembilan orang saksi berkaitan siasatan terhadap laporan polis yang dibuat oleh Yang di-Pertua Negeri, Tun Juhar Mahiruddin, minggu lalu.
Pesuruhjaya Polis Sabah, Datuk Ramli Din, berkata pihak polis juga sedang dalam usaha untuk merekodkan kenyataan Pengerusi Barisan Nasional (BN) Sabah, Tan Sri Musa Aman berhubung kes itu namun difahamkan Musa tidak berada di Kota Kinabalu ketika ini.
Katanya, laporan siasatan kes berkenaan telah hampir siap namun beberapa perkara lagi perlu dilengkapkan termasuk merekodkan kenyataan Musa.
Apabila siap kelak, laporan berkenaan akan diserahkan kepada Pendakwa Raya untuk tindakan lanjut.
"Polis sedang giat menjalankan siasatan berhubung kes berkenaan dan setakat ini seramai sembilan orang saksi telah direkodkan percakapan.
"Kita juga sedang dalam usaha untuk merekodkan kenyataan Tan Sri Musa tetapi ketika ini difahamkan beliau tidak berada di Kota Kinabalu," katanya ketika ditemui media sempena Program Pengagihan Kuih Raya kepada Agensi Keselamatan Sabah di, Auditorium Menara Tun Mustapha, hari ini.
Tambahnya, kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 506 Kanun Keseksaan iaitu melibatkan ugutan jenayah dan setakat ini tidak ada waran yang dikeluarkan berhubung kes itu.
Turut hadir, Ketua Menteri Sabah Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal, ketua-ketua pasukan keselamatan negeri serta anggota keselamatan negeri.
Sementara itu, dalam ucapan perasmian, Mohd Shafie menegaskan akan mengambil beberapa langkah bagi menyelesaikan masalah kekurangan minyak masak di negeri ini.
Beliau berkata, Sabah merupakan negeri yang mempunyai ladang kelapa sawit yang terbesar di negara ini, namun masalah kekurangan bekalan minyak masak sering terjadi disebabkan kekurangan kilang memproses buah kelapa sawit di sini.
"Saya nak pastikan sedikit masa lagi, masalah ini akan diselesaikan. Kita lihat Sabah mempunyai ladang kelapa sawit yang terbesar di Malaysia namun kilang memproses buah kelapa sawit ini amat terbatas malah kilang lebih banyak di Kuala Lumpur.
"Saya percaya jika kita dapat realisasikan perkara ini, Sabah akan menerima kesan positif yang seterusnya mampu membuka lebih banyak peluang pekerjaan di negeri ini," katanya.
